Opis
Our powerful sandblasting cabinet "MM 2010" operates using the pressure blasting method and is suitable for all types of blasting media thanks to its innovative media recirculation system.

The bucket elevator, which is firmly connected to the blasting cabinet, allows even the heaviest media types, such as stainless steel shot, steel cast grit, and other metallic abrasives, to be used without issue. Unlike competing systems, the abrasive is not vacuumed back but transported to the adjacent bucket elevator using a flat conveyor system. The bucket elevator lifts the material upwards and deposits it into the cyclone separator, where the blasting media is cleaned and returned to the blasting process. Our specially developed blasting media recirculation and recycling system ensures continuous abrasive supply regardless of the extraction system’s suction capacity.
Thanks to the recirculation system for blasting media and innovative fan technology, the blasting cabinet features very low energy consumption (0.75 kW fan motor). Because the abrasive is not vacuumed back, there is no need for an oversized dust extraction system with high power consumption, as is required by many competing systems.
For maximum blasting performance, the "MM 2010" pressure blasting cabinet is equipped with a 60-liter pressure vessel. This vessel includes a pressure regulator for infinitely adjustable blasting pressure, ranging from 0.1 to 12 bar. For safe operation, a water separator is permanently installed on the blasting pressure vessel, protecting the blasting media from moisture.
The pressure blasting nozzle is made from highly wear-resistant boron carbide, enabling service lives of up to 1,000 hours depending on the abrasive used.
The blasting chamber is lined with wear-resistant rubber, which enhances the service life of the blasting media and protects the cabinet from wear. An air blow gun is installed for cleaning blasted workpieces and the interior walls of the cabinet.
The integrated cartridge filter extraction system ensures optimal visibility in the blasting chamber and maximum service life for the blasting media. The dedusting unit features continuous filter cartridge cleaning by means of pulse-jet compressed air, ensuring long filter service life and consistently stable extraction performance in the long term.
Loading of the blasting chamber is carried out via an angled front flap which swings fully upwards, allowing loading by forklift or crane. The robust working grating supports up to 500 kg.
To ensure optimal visibility inside the chamber, two powerful and energy-saving LED lights are mounted on the cabinet roof, dust- and wear-protected by their rooftop installation.
The system is operated via a modern touch display. For safe operation, the blasting cabinet is fitted with a door safety switch. The installed viewing windows are made of toughened safety glass (ESG) and protected with a wear-resistant film.
