MKN Optima 850 Gasausführung

This is a 190-liter rectangular gas boiling kettle from the premium manufacturer MKN, model Optima 850 (10018809). Draining is effortless via a safety drain valve. The kettle features a thermostatic temperature controller, automatic operating water monitoring and refilling, and is always ready for use. The quick steam system (Vapro) ensures a short boiling time, and the double-jacketed kettle with a separate (integrated, maintenance-free) steam generator ensures low energy and water consumption and high efficiency for rapid heating. The unit has undergone a new inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The boiling kettle is in good used condition.
