The simple yet efficient and safe solution for high-speed cutting of solid bars up to 65 mm in diameter.

HIGHEST PRECISION
- The hydraulic lift system of the bar loader prevents the bar from touching the surfaces of the cutting vise during material feed, protecting both the vise and bar surfaces.
- The bar loader, which automatically retracts after each cut, prevents the bar from contacting the saw blade when the head rises. This preserves the material surfaces as well as the carbide teeth of the saw blade.
- The carbide saw blade guides ensure cutting tolerances are maintained.

GUARANTEED PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE
- The saw head feed, driven by a servomotor on linear guides with preloaded ball bushings, in combination with the electromagnetic clutch, ensures reduced mechanical vibration during cutting and extends the service life of the saw blade.
- The feed system with a 500 mm stroke is repeatable and suitable for all lengths. It can also be folded down to facilitate loading of irregular bars.
- The swiveling workpiece discharge system, adjustable to two positions, automatically separates end pieces and scrap from finished workpieces, thereby optimizing the production process.
