Description
Semi-automatic circular saw designed for cutting solid and hollow aluminium materials and light metal alloys using an electro-welded carbide-tipped blade.

Standard features:
- Machine suitable for mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left.
- The vertical alignment allows for cutting operations with the head tilted between 0° and 45° to the left.
- *MEP offers the latest generation of microprocessor-based controls designed for semi-automatic machines with single-axis control.
- FEATURES: At cycle start: – the vice closes and the motor starts – the saw head lowers for cutting – the motor stops – the saw head lifts – the vice opens.
- New – Display with 16 characters x 2 lines showing the following technical parameters: + Number of cuts performed + Cutting time + Ammeter + Display of over 100 diagnostic notifications and warnings
- New – Indication and logging of alarms and error messages with the ability to review incidents that occurred.

Electrical equipment:
- New – Low-voltage switch panel: polyester membrane keyboard with thermoformed and raised buttons and activation control signal.
- Saw bow stroke fully programmable from the control panel to be adapted to the workpiece.
- Ball-bearing rotary table ensures smooth and precise rotation.
- Clamping system using two face-mounted vices, which can be positioned along the longitudinal axis of the workpieces.
- Adjustable mechanical stops for quick head positioning at 0° and 45° right and left.
- Chip conveyor ready for OPTIONAL extraction system.
- Automatic blade lubrication system, only active at the beginning of the cut.
- Machine is supplied without saw blade.
- Prepared for installation of the optional minimum-quantity lubrication system for the saw blade, in addition to the standard emulsified oil lubrication system.
- Supplied with tools and instruction manual including spare parts list.
