With this machine, MEP offers you a technologically state-of-the-art solution that, thanks to the use of premium materials, features an exceptionally robust and torsion-resistant structure. An extremely sturdy saw frame made of cast iron ensures the necessary stability for outstanding cutting results, and the heavy-duty cast iron columns—over which the saw frame glides on preloaded linear guides—ensure maximum cutting precision even under peak loads. The advanced machine control (MEP NC 5.0) offers the operator maximum ease of use and ensures trouble-free operations (real-time monitoring/evaluation/correction).

MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
> Two operating modes (semi-automatic and automatic) allow for efficient cutting under all conditions.
> The control allows you to store up to 100 cutting programs with different quantities and lengths, minimizing programming time for recurring jobs.
> Automatic detection of the saw head start position reduces setup times.
> The saw head feed via linear guides driven by hydraulic cylinders with preloaded recirculating ball bearings reduces mechanical vibration during cutting and increases stability.
> The automatic alignment of the front saw blade guide head according to the dimensions of the stock to be cut reduces processing time.
> Saw blade tensioning is controlled by a brushless motor and is continuously monitored and automatically adjusted to the preset minimum value.

> The feed system with a 600 mm stroke is repeatable and able to cut all lengths.
> The vertical roller pair allows any type of bar or bundle being fed to be held and aligned.
