The new universal washer cleans dishes, transport baskets, GN-kitchen containers, pots, cutlery, trays, and even glasses. Thanks to its large usable space—with a pass-through height of 555 mm—items up to 650 x 530 mm (2/1 gastronorm) can be hygienically washed. This makes it the ideal solution for butcheries and bakeries, as well as a universal machine for communal catering and commercial kitchens.
