Thanks to its spacious interior – with a pass-through height of 555 mm – even items with dimensions of up to 650 x 530 mm (2/1 Gastronorm) can be hygienically cleaned. This makes it the ideal washing solution for butcher shops and bakeries as well as for all areas of communal catering and as a professional kitchen dishwasher.
