Three-axis flatbed portal milling machine.

Gantry-type bed frame: Manufactured as a sturdy, stress-relieved, fully welded steel structure, powder coated.
Heavy-duty subframe accommodates the VAC-CAISSON vacuum table, designed as a cassette with 10 mm grid air passage holes.

300 mm/sec (18 m/min) in rapid traverse and feed mode!
Linear guides with recirculating ball bearing carriages.

Due to system size and possible heat generation, vacuum pumps are positioned outside the machine body. Electrical controls and protection for pump and valves are integrated in the control cabinet and operator panel.
