MECAL MC 302 Geos 5-MMI

MECAL MC302 GEOS-5 5-AXIS Machining Centre, manufactured in 2014 in Italy, is designed for milling, drilling, tapping, and cutting of profiles made of aluminium alloys and plastics. The machine is equipped with high-quality components and innovative solutions, allowing it to operate either on a single work area or within two separate machining zones, which significantly increases the speed and productivity of the manufacturing process. Simultaneous machining in two work zones is possible thanks to the longitudinal machining area with a movable machining station and chip conveyor.

The MECAL aluminium profile machining centre achieves high structural rigidity due to its base, made from high-grade steel tubing. During machining, the profile is held in place by special clamps with an independent power supply system, allowing for quick positioning and automatic adjustment of each individual clamp. All 5 axes (X, Y, Z, A, C), driven by motors with digital systems, move along automatically lubricated precision guides. The MECAL GEOS-5 machining centre is offered with 3D software, providing a high level of programming flexibility, user-friendly operation, and an intuitive graphical interface.
