This is only possible with an uncompromisingly stable gantry design. This uncompromising quality is achieved through the use of a tried-and-tested tubular frame construction. The thick-walled steel tubes are meticulously welded by our experienced staff over many hours into a complex frame. This process forms the solid foundation for the high-precision guides on which the saw carriage, weighing several hundred kilograms, will later move.

Perfect machine size for your workshop: 3200 x 3200 millimeters
The machine can process workpieces up to 3200 millimeters in length and width. This means the saw carriage can execute cuts up to 3200 millimeters long, and the material pusher can be set to a dimension of up to 3200 millimeters from the cutting line.

Automatically adjusting cutting height up to 118 millimeters
A powerful motor drives the saw blade through materials with a cutting height of up to 118 millimeters. For ideal cutting geometry, the saw blade should project approximately 10 millimeters above the workpiece. This optimizes energy consumption, noise emission, and blade life. This is a significant benefit for users of our machines, and every machine comes standard with automatic cutting height adjustment. The machine detects the height of the cutting material and automatically sets the saw blade to the correct height.

Even when cutting multiple panels in a stack, the saw blade drive must show no weakness. That’s why we equip our saw with a high-torque 18 kW (24.5 HP) main saw motor.

Motorized, stepless cutting height control including grooving function
A positioning drive allows the entire saw unit to be automatically raised or lowered to a set height. This expands production versatility and enables precise grooving. The adjustment is made directly via the operator terminal.
