With the batch pasteurizer, you can pasteurize various products such as jams, juices, creams, and much more. The water is heated by two heating elements, the bottles are placed in the wire baskets, and brought to the desired temperature. Temperature control is fully automatic, and once the set temperature is reached, the unit switches off automatically.
