Optional:
Optionally available with a buffer tank (mounted above the pasteuriser), which is connected to the pasteuriser. The buffer tank control system is fully automatic and communicates with the pasteuriser. If juice extraction is too low, the system switches off automatically until extraction resumes. Juice extraction can be performed either via the bottle filling unit or in combination with our BB TOP 180 Bag in Box filling machine. You can also operate both filling systems simultaneously.
