Marwis Felgen Cleaner

Felgen Cleaner is a tank designed for the removal of paint coatings. It is particularly suitable for renovating wheels, especially those with complex designs.

Wheel etching, i.e., cleaning with the use of a chemical bath, is a process that removes all layers of paint from the wheel surface.

This device holds approximately 800 liters of fluid and is equipped with a temperature and bath time control system. Additionally, an oil jacket ensures an even temperature distribution inside the tank. This solution allows the use of chemicals from virtually any manufacturer, even at temperatures up to eighty degrees. It is equipped with a hoist: an integrated lifting and lowering mechanism for the load, allowing wheels to be placed inside without the need for external devices, which makes it a fully autonomous workshop solution.
