The machine operates in a semi-automatic cycle. During each working cycle, the machine performs: cutting at a set angle (between 45° and 90°) and drilling in the mitered plane or on the edge of the workpiece.

Machining Units
The machine is equipped with two machining units. The left unit is fixed; the right unit is movable. Each machining unit consists of the following subassemblies: main saw, scoring saw, drilling unit for drilling in the mitered plane, and a drilling unit for bottom drilling.
Bottom Drilling Unit (Optional)
This unit is optional and used mainly when machining corner trims for adjustable-width door frames. It performs blind drilling for connector fittings. The photo shows a red cover that serves both as a base for angle strips and as a chip extraction cover.
Workpiece Clamping
The machine is equipped with a dual-plane clamping system, including both horizontal and vertical clamps. Horizontal clamps provide precise pushing to vertical references and straighten the workpiece; vertical clamps immobilize the workpiece during processing. Horizontal clamping always precedes vertical clamping.
Control System
The control system is clear, user-friendly, and functional. It allows for separate activation/deactivation of all units, as well as independent control of the left and right sides. All units have individual drives. The right machining unit is positioned by pressing control buttons on the operator panel. An electric motor with a gear mechanism and trapezoidal screw enables movement. Material length is set and read electronically, with an operator panel and digital display. The system also automatically adjusts measured values when changing cutting angles (45° and 90°), and performs automatic referencing.
