The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The soiled parts are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and duration, the device is started and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its axis. The pump units draw the solution from the wash tank and distribute it via 6 stainless steel spray pipes equipped with overlapping flat spray nozzles. The parts are intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot solution as the motor-driven basket rotates evenly. After the cleaning cycle finishes, the device switches off automatically.
