DPF DUO PREMIUM = CLEANING CABIN + DRYER FOR DPF/FAP FILTERS
This set of devices allows maximum optimization of the regeneration process. A well-organized operator can work with three filters simultaneously.

Advantages of DPF DUO Premium:
-> A separate dryer doubles the work efficiency
-> We are the only ones to offer a large-diameter hose for connecting the DPF. Larger diameter = more water = more effective cleaning
-> Our filter mounting system does not require any elements to be placed inside the DPF filter tube that could obstruct the water stream. This allows full utilization of both water and air pump performance, thus reducing regeneration time.
-> A spacious cabin enables flexible mounting of the filter to be cleaned. Based on his experience, the operator can select the optimal position for washing the filter.
-> Protection against excessive pressure in the filter during cleaning.
-> Protection against lack of airflow in the filter during drying.

The device removes soot and ash from DPF/FAP filters without negatively affecting the filter’s structure, restoring up to 99% of its original flow capacity. Our technologists have ensured that both the cleaning procedure and the detergents used are safe for the environment and machine operators.
Using an endoscopic camera, the operator checks the filter for mechanical damage. If melting, cracking of the ceramic insert, or other visible signs of mechanical interference affecting the DPF are detected, regeneration is not possible. The regeneration process takes place in a sealed chamber with filters, preventing harmful contaminants from escaping into the workplace. The water–detergent solution circulates in a closed loop and is filtered throughout the process, significantly extending the service life of the bath. DPF DUO Premium cleans filters with water, chemicals, and air. The electronically controlled sequence of water and chemical delivery, combined with air and compressed air pulses, ensures high regeneration efficiency.
Upon completion of cleaning, the filter is dried with 90°C air, guaranteeing complete evaporation of the cleaning solution. After drying, the machine performs a final backpressure measurement, which can also be conducted before cleaning—allowing for comparison of results before and after regeneration. The unit features a printer for printing out the test protocol.
Cleaning time for passenger cars or vans is 20–40 minutes, enabling the regeneration of up to a dozen filters within 8 hours. High efficiency, combined with low operating costs, ensures rapid return on investment.
