Stanje: rabljeno, Leto izdelave: 2002, številka stroja/vozila: LA14, Technical Data & Performance Specifications The Bottle Washer Dryer 5008 is a rotary carousel drying unit designed for reliable bottle handling within a used bottling line or as a standalone drying station. Manufactured by Cimec, this pre-owned machine delivers consistent performance for beverage production and industrial packaging applications where efficient moisture removal is required before downstream operations such as labelling, capping, or cartoning. Model: 5008 Year of manufacture: 2002 Production speed: up to 3,500 bottles per hour Bottle formats (volumetric): Compatible with 0.5 L and 0.75 L formats Hedez E Dlvepfx Al Dsu Bottle body geometry: Cylindrical containers Bottle diameter range: 60 mm to 115 mm Drying technology: Rotary carousel (hot air) with anti-condensation features PLC installed: No Documentation: Paper manuals and electrical schematics available Advanced Automation & Control Systems The 5008 prioritizes robust mechanical design with simple operator controls and is ideal for operations that value simplicity and ease of maintenance. Although no PLC is installed, the hot air drying system integrates anti-condensation control to enhance drying efficiency and reduce residual moisture on the bottle surface. Safety devices and interlocks are typically included in this equipment category, supporting safe operation in production environments. Quick mechanical adjustments facilitate format changes within the specified diameter range and help minimize downtime between production runs. Integration Capabilities in Production Lines This rotary bottle dryer can be operated as a dedicated station or integrated inline with rinsing, filling, capping, and labelling machines. It is well suited for beverage production lines processing both PET and glass bottles in cylindrical formats. The compact, carousel-based layout supports smooth infeed and discharge with standard conveyors. Format changeovers within the 60–115 mm diameter range provide flexibility for common bottle sizes, making it a practical solution for lines handling both 0.5 L and 0.75 L formats. Machine Condition & Maintenance History The unit underwent partial refurbishment in 2025 and has been out of operation for about one month. It is currently packaged and covered, and is available for inspection. The presence of paper manuals and electrical documentation facilitates recommissioning and setup. Overall, the unit presents itself as a well-maintained used component, suitable for integration into a used bottling line or as a targeted retrofit in an existing beverage production facility.
