Izpiralnik deluje s svežo vodo ali razkuževalno raztopino in zagotavlja, da so steklenice pred polnjenjem čiste od nečistoč. Stolp za zapiranje, trenutno konfiguriran za zapiranje steklenic mirnega vina, uporablja BVS vijake ali tradicionalne plutovine, odvisno od formata.
