The following services are included in the machine price: A two-day training and machine installation - First day (up to 8 hours): Installation and training on the controller. - Second day (up to 8 hours): Independent operation of the machine under the supervision of our technician → possibility to program specific details required by the customer. Telephone consultation with an Otinus specialist From 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Mon-Sat) – 8-hour package (to be used within 12 months) Collaboration terms The customer is responsible for the machine once it has been unloaded and transported on their company premises.
