Control system "Otinus CNC OT-41"
The Otinus CNC controller features a convenient and intuitive menu. The software automatically calculates the bending angle. The large, colorful touch screen is easily readable from any angle.
The controller allows storing up to 2,000 programs, each with up to 30 steps.

Hydraulic steel piping
The hydraulic connections are made with steel pipes instead of rubber hoses, reducing the risk of future leaks.

Safety
We place special emphasis on the safety of our customers and their employees – therefore our press brakes are equipped with visible markings, side covers, a rear safety gate, easily accessible emergency stops and a light barrier to prevent hands from entering between punch and die during operation.
The machine is delivered with a carefully written manual in German.
The device has a CE Declaration of Conformity.

OCS – Oil Cooling System
The Oil Cooling System guarantees stable machine performance even after prolonged continuous operation.

We make sure to stay in constant contact with our customers. For this reason, each machine sold comes with an hourly package for access to specialist support from Otinus.
Our specialist can, as part of the service:
- Determine bending steps for complex parts,
- Advise on material and tool selection
- Assist in choosing operating parameters for different materials.

Technical consultancy
We have specialists who will select the right machine and accessories before purchase – based on technical drawings of the workpieces to be produced.

The following services are included in the machine price:
A two-day training and machine installation
- First day (up to 8 hours): Installation and training on the controller.
- Second day (up to 8 hours): Independent operation of the machine under the supervision of our technician → possibility to program specific details required by the customer.

From 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Mon-Sat) – 8-hour package (to be used within 12 months)

Collaboration terms
The customer is responsible for the machine once it has been unloaded and transported on their company premises.
