Unlike competing systems, the abrasive is not vacuumed back but transported to the adjacent bucket elevator using a flat conveyor system. The bucket elevator lifts the material upwards and deposits it into the cyclone separator, where the blasting media is cleaned and returned to the blasting process. Our specially developed blasting media recirculation and recycling system ensures continuous abrasive supply regardless of the extraction system’s suction capacity.
