This enables you to save custom programs for each packaging scheme and achieve consistently perfect wrapping results. Programs can be password-protected so that the operator can only choose from pre-set programs. Automatic pallet recognition via photocell is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. The KVK 2A model is equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% film elongation. Thanks to the pre-stretch system, you can generate up to 3.5 meters of film from just 1 meter on the roll, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system creates only minimal film tension, ensuring that even lightweight packages are not pulled off the turntable. Weighing 700 kg, this model is highly stable and designed for loads up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 2A features a 1,500 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height. With adjustable speeds for both turntable and film carriage, as well as a power pre-stretch unit controlled via potentiometer, you can perfectly tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. Programs available include “up only”, “up & down” (cross wrapping), and “weatherproof” wrapping.
