Aluminum Circular Saw UK 650 HA, Semi-automatic

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 650 HA is an upcut machine primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (solid material only to a limited extent). The machine is distinguished by its user-friendly operation, quick and convenient material changeover, and easy miter angle adjustment. The UK 650 HA features a continuously adjustable miter range to the left and right up to 20° (pivoting range twice 70°). The saw feed operates automatically at the press of a button, while material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically controlled vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. Standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air gun for cleaning the machine! This machine is also fitted with connections for a chip extraction system. Furthermore, optional accessories include a digital miter angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic device for lifting the safety hood.

Operating Procedure:
1. Set the cutting angle 2. Insert the material 3. Adjust the lift speed
4. Bring the clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of the material 5. Clamp the material 6. By pressing the start button, the machine is ready for operation. 7. Press and hold both SAW buttons; the material will be cut. 8. Upon cycle completion, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button 9. Open the clamping vise and remove or advance the material
