Product innovation: Sawing System Type "ORIX"
This sawing system allows for fully automatic processing of a wide variety of aluminium profiles. The machine features a robust base frame. For positioning the saw unit, linear guides and precision carriages are used. The drives are equipped with servo motors. For sawing, the saw unit travels 300 mm forward on the Y-axis, making it easy to cut special profiles, plates, as well as Item and Bosch profiles. The support table is equipped with movable rollers, which automatically position themselves according to the cut length. All rollers are also mounted on precision carriages. Additionally, the saw system has a sturdy discharge table for placing the cut aluminium parts. (Optionally, the sawn parts can be directly transported away via a conveyor belt, including chips.) The machine is available with a 6,000 mm cutting length, resulting in a total length of 7,000 mm. The saw system comes with a suitable 2-channel minimum quantity lubrication system. The machine will also be delivered with a 400 mm or 600 mm saw blade.

Work process
Enter the profile length via the control system. The saw unit then moves to the specified length. The operator loads the aluminium profile and starts the saw. Using a head cut detection sensor, the saw locates the head cut position and performs the initial cut. After the cut, the saw unit returns and repositions for the next programmed coordinate, then cuts the aluminum profile again.

These steps are repeated until the profile is completely cut. All sawn pieces are gently placed on the discharge table or on the conveyor belt to protect the material. The material is clamped directly on the saw unit using vertical and horizontal clamps, as with conventional aluminium saws. After the aluminium profile is cut, the saw unit automatically returns to the next feed position. The process can then be repeated. As an option, cross conveyors for automated feeding can be integrated. For safety, fences or a light curtain can be installed. Two different control options are available: 1) Diethei control system, 2) Siemens control system. Optional material sorting into various containers or by different lengths is also possible.
