RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Court under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed under Civil Decision no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction, with ascending prices, for the sale of the asset specified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L.'s office in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If the asset is not sold, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator has scheduled a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator and state their intention to participate before the scheduled date.

In the event of a successful sale, the liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the acquired assets. The price will be converted to RON at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the date the invoice is issued.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms of reference for participation in the auction will be prepared by the liquidator in compliance with the applicable regulations, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner for a fee of 500 RON + VAT for assets valued up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. This documentation may be acquired from the liquidator’s office or by phone and will be sent to the participant via e-mail.

The auction participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator's office. The guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for the successful bidder and refunded to those who were not declared successful bidders.

In the event of equal bids, the winner will be the party who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The deadline for payment is 5 working days from the award date. If the full price is not paid within this period, the successful bidder will forfeit the deposit paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
