J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed in this capacity by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025, pronounced by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in case no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If not sold, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing date for 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at phone number 0763 478 619 to express their intention to participate before the scheduled date.

Throughout the organization of auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be announced to interested parties.

In the case of adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue an invoice for the value of the awarded goods. Conversion to lei will be made at the invoice issuing date, using the exchange rate set by BNR for that day.
The bidding step is 5% of the starting price.

The tender documentation for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be offered by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for items up to 5,000 euros, and 1,000 lei + VAT for items over 5,000 euros. It can be purchased at the liquidator’s office or by phone and will be forwarded to the participant by e-mail.

The participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, along with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price for which the participant is declared winner and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In case of equal offers, the bidder who undertakes to pay the entire price in the shortest term will be declared the winner.

The payment term will be 5 business days from the time of adjudication. If full payment is not made, the winner will forfeit the paid advance as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
