Comprising:
- Niko V2A ascending elevator
- 3-head scale on stainless steel (V2A) platform
- Piston doser
- 1 x 1000-liter V2A tank with agitator
- 1 x 1000-liter V2A tank (storage)
- V2A form-fill-seal machine
- V2A belt conveyor

This line was used to fill various products into small 500 g bags. The previous owner prioritized thorough maintenance and maintained a comprehensive spare parts inventory. All spare parts will be included with the line.

The setup allows for additional dosing of liquids using the piston filler (in this case, 1% brine solution was added).

The machine was last in operation on 27.03.2025. It was dismantled and brought to our machinery warehouse on 30.03.2025. Over the next 3-4 weeks, we will reassemble it. Before reassembly, thorough cleaning and servicing will be carried out on all components. The platform and other parts will be glass bead blasted prior to assembly.

The line is expected to be fully reassembled from 05.05.2025 and can be inspected by prior arrangement. It is also possible to test and calibrate the system using your product.

Extensive modifications to the line are also possible, but will incur additional costs.
