Description:
Automatic film sealing machine with downstream shrink tunnel. Suitable for all products that can be fed via the push table, e.g. wood briquettes.
The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt to transport the packages through the shrink tunnel. The dwell time in the tunnel can be adjusted depending on the film thickness. The motor-driven film rollers precisely dispense the necessary film length for each package.

Workflow:
The briquettes are manually placed in the adjustable push frame on the table. Using the two-hand control, the briquettes are pushed into the film curtain and the subsequent sealing process is activated.

The loosely wrapped package is then picked up by the shrink tunnel conveyor belt and transported through the tunnel. The film then closely conforms to the contours of the package.
After the finished, shrink-wrapped package exits the tunnel, it should cool for a short time on an additional roller conveyor (see offer) so the film can set completely. Afterwards, the package can be placed or stacked on a pallet.
