Main and outer frame made of high-strength double-T sections, grade ST 52.3, quadruple longitudinal profiling, with high-webbed front and rear cross-members as well as transverse braces; frame behind the bogie passage features a gently sloping stepped offset and rear loading bevel, 0.8 m long; lowest possible floor height achieved by recessed wheel wells above the rear wheels; leading edges of the bogie platform beveled at 45 degrees. Two recessed UVV lashing rings each on the bogie platform and loading bevel for attaching securing devices. Rear end fitted with wide supports for a ramp shaft with six-fold bearings. Lateral side protection fitted with an EC-compliant guard rail, wheel chocks with clamp lock.

Low-maintenance inclined roller bearing axles with automatic linkage adjusters, two-line pneumatic braking system in accordance with EC regulations, and parking brake.

Bogie and drawbar: Constructed from double-T sections in welded design with ball-bearing turntable; standard drawbar length 1,500 mm, with 8 eyelets (50 mm diameter each), drawbar support with threaded spindle as height adjustment device. Vehicle is not fitted with axle compensation!

24 volts, 2 exchange-proof 7-pin connection cables, large rectangular four-chamber lights including rear fog and reversing lights, front distribution box, rear outline marker lights, side marker reflectors, and holder for single-line license plate.

Undercarriage made of 40 mm thick, pressure-impregnated pine. Low-loader platform and loading bevel with cross-laid top flooring, 30 mm thick, running lengthwise. Total floor thickness 70 mm. Bogie platform with longitudinal single-layer flooring and recessed open tool box, size L 700 x W 800 x H 180 mm.

Ramps: Welded construction with trough plate, transverse braces, longitudinally laid wooden overlay, 50 mm thick; ramp tips reinforced; ramp holding rods with turnbuckle and safety catch; ramps laterally adjustable by 470 mm each, with perforated rail and sliding tube; ramp shaft made of bright steel, articulated spring lifters with external and internal springs for easy one-person operation, with automatic ground supports.

Shot-blasted with steel granulate, zinc phosphate-primed, painted in a single acrylic RAL color of choice; wheels silver. Available in traffic, light, and metallic colors as well as two-tone paint finishes; wood surface is stained.
