LM COMPACT 800 2

Stanje: rabljeno, Leto izdelave: 2005, obratovalne ure: 45.000 h, številka stroja/vozila: LC514, Used SIDEL bottling line for still water up to 12,000 bottles per hour (bph) Main features of the bottling line: The used SIDEL bottling line for still water up to 12,000 bottles per hour offers high standards in productivity and precision. Furthermore, the system outputs 12,000 bottles per hour, making it suitable for medium to high production capacities. The line processes PET containers and handles formats from 0.33 L to 1.5 L. Additionally, this line uses a volumetric filling system that ensures precise dosing for every bottle. It supports containers with neck diameters between 25 and 29 mm, thereby improving compatibility with various market standards. Furthermore, the system exclusively processes still water, ensuring a specific and dedicated production flow. Details of the machines in the used SIDEL bottling line for still water up to 12,000 bph: Blow Molding Machine Tedpfx Aovgva Uenped The Sidel SBO 8 blow molder, built in 2005, forms the bottles at the core of the process. Notably, this machine transforms preforms into finished bottles using high-pressure compressed air. Thus, SIDEL technology ensures precise shaping and optimizes PET material usage, minimizing waste. Filler Monobloc The Sidel 36 36 9 filler monobloc, also from 2005, performs rinsing, filling, and capping in one compact unit. This design maximizes space efficiency and reduces transfer times between stages. Consequently, the volumetric filling system provides precise dosages, ensuring consistent end product quality. Labeling Machine The PE Labellers ROLLMATIC labeling machine, built in 2005, applies wrap-around labels to the bottles. The advanced technology applies labels with accuracy, enhancing the appearance of the finished product. This system is ideal for PET water bottles and meets requirements for line speed and quality. Shrink Wrapper The Sidel Cermex shrink wrapping machine from 2005 manages the secondary packaging. Specifically, the machine uses shrink film to create compact and secure packs. This process improves logistics and product distribution and protects the items during transportation. Conveyors in the used SIDEL bottling line for still water up to 12,000 bph: The line operates with a complete system of conveyors, including both air conveyors and floor conveyors. These conveyors ensure a continuous and uninterrupted flow between production stages. Additionally, the conveyors minimize downtime and ensure high operational efficiency. Technical advantages of the line: This used filling line offers reliability and robustness, despite its 2005 manufacturing year. Furthermore, all machines ensure long operational lifespans and reduced maintenance costs. The system efficiently bottles still water and guarantees a specific and contamination-free process. Moreover, the SIDEL system can be seamlessly integrated with complementary equipment such as the labeling machine and shrink wrapper for a consistent production flow. With a speed of 12,000 bottles per hour, this line supports the requirements of demanding production environments.
