This is a LITTLE GEM glass bottle filling machine for 1-pint round milk bottles. The machine cuts and applies the aluminium cap with heat sealing, which is produced by a FORDS cap cutter and applicator. This machine can process both 1-pint and 2-pint bottles. The machine was in operation until 2025 and can be sold either in its current condition or fully refurbished. It is powered by a single motor located at the base of the machine, which drives two gears against each other—making it an extremely robust and low-maintenance system.
