Constructed from acid-resistant stainless steel, it ensures complete chemical neutrality—there is no impact on the taste, aroma, or physicochemical properties of the stored food emulsions. The vessel is engineered to operate at elevated temperatures (up to 50°C), enabling reception and maintenance of liquid products immediately following thermal treatment or pasteurisation.
