Description:

For sale is a used Lanner Vetamat SFT350/063-DS32 chip processing system, year of construction 2017.

This system is designed for processing machining chips from metalworking. It reliably separates coolant/lubricant or oil from metal chips, serving to de-oil and dry the chips, and to recover coolant/oil.

The system comprises a DS32 push-plate centrifuge, an S50GF chip crusher, an SFT350/063 hinged belt conveyor, a lifting and tilting unit, tank, coolant separator box, and Siemens S7 control.

According to documentation, the machine is suitable for short, free-flowing metal chips and metal sludge. It is not suitable for bar ends, workpieces, residual materials, scrap, extremely long chips, wool chips, or oversized coarse parts.

The system was commissioned in 2018 and is in flawless condition. The original value was €183,771 net.

Inspection by appointment is possible. The system must be removed immediately due to investment in new machines.
