Löttner Pelletieranlage PA 15

Pelletizing plant for a wide range of materials, such as wood, Miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste products (hay, straw, corn stalks, etc.), and feed.

This is a complete plant built on a base frame and consisting of the following components:
- Raw material storage bin, 4m³, including agitator. This has been expanded by approx. 3–4m³ using wooden panels.
- Intermediate auger to the hammer mill
- Hammer mill (11 kW) for processing wood chips or other materials
- Inclined mixer for material homogenization including moisture measurement, dosing, and level control

- Dosing container for pressing aids, feeds into inclined mixer
- Dosing screw conveyor for optimal material feed to the press (speed-controlled)
- Press, 15 kW, including full indicator, temperature monitoring, and discharge chute
- Conveyor belt to the dedusting screen
- Dedusting screen with material outlet at 3 m height

The system is designed for easy extension with a second press, each 15 kW.
The entire plant is centrally operated via Siemens PLC with touch display. All parameters are monitored to ensure the press is safely shut down in case of faults.
Remote maintenance allows operation and monitoring of the press from any PC.
