Löttner Maschinenbau LP 30

Pelletizing plant for a wide range of materials such as wood, miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, corn stover, etc.), animal feed, and more.

This is a complete (compact) unit, mounted on a base frame, consisting of the following components:

- Raw material storage bin 4 m³, incl. agitator
- Hammer mill with 22 kW drive power for shredding raw material (e.g., wood chips)

- Inclined mixer for raw material incl. level sensors and fully automatic moisture dosing
- Dosing hopper for pressing aids (e.g., corn starch)
- Dosing screw for optimal feeding of the press (speed-controlled)
- Press with 30 kW drive power, horizontal ring die, discharge chute, temperature monitoring, overfill protection, etc.
- Conveyor belt for pellet discharge, discharge height approx. 2.5 m
- Drum screen for dedusting and cooling of the pellets

The entire system is centrally operated via Siemens PLC with touch display. All parameters are permanently monitored so that the system will shut down in case of a problem!

The plant is pre-configured and prepared for operation with a second press!
