I am selling this robust industrial rip saw RS-ES-800 KUSING.

The machine is in stock in Kežmarok (Slovakia).

This is a heavy-duty industrial rip saw designed for processing softwood and hardwood with larger cross-sections and equipped with multiple saw blades.

Multiple saw blade solution:
- Up to 15 saw blades can be installed, plus 3 movable saw blades.

Material feed:
- In total, 9 feed rollers (6 + 3) ensure uniform feed and prevent timber from twisting during the cutting process.
- The front pulling roller, located before the riving knives, minimizes kickback and makes it much easier to feed boards or high beams.

Electrical controls:
- The lifting of the pressure rollers and the positioning of the saw blades are performed electronically via an external control panel, accelerating the setup for longitudinal cutting.

Optimal dust extraction:
- Integrated extraction systems at the top and bottom of the machine ensure maximum cleanliness in the work area.

Maintenance-friendly:
- The special design allows the upper cover to be folded upwards, making maintenance and cleaning quick and straightforward.

The key feature of this machine is the front pulling roller positioned before the riving knives, which prevents kickback. This speeds up material handling and is especially helpful when feeding high beams, as the resistance of the riving knives does not need to be overcome and the machine draws in the material independently.
Thanks to the three pulling rollers, material twisting during the cutting process is prevented, which improves cut quality.
The machine offers excellent upper and lower dust extraction for maximal cleanliness. Its maintenance-friendly design allows the upper cover to be opened for easy cleaning and servicing by the operator.
