Ideal sanding machine for interior fitting workshops, also suitable for intermediate lacquer sanding. Single belt machine with combination unit and electronic segmented pressure beam. Edge segments can be activated/deactivated. Segment width of the pressure beam is 22mm (ideal for intermediate lacquer sanding). Pneumatically adjustable calibration roller, grooved rubber-coated roller with grain compensation. Drive motor 11 kW. Infinitely variable feed speed from 3 to 15 m/s via frequency inverter. Conveyor belt feed continuously adjustable from approx. 3 to 15 m/min. Belt blowing device controlled by workpiece. Constant table height approx. 950mm by adjusting the machine top section, making integration into sanding lines possible. Feed belt still very grippy and in very good condition. Conveyor mat with adjustable vacuum fan, allowing for secure holding of small parts. Maximum sanding width approx. 1100mm. Workpiece height approx. 3.5 to 200mm. Sanding belt dimensions 1120 x 2000mm. Infeed and outfeed roller tables. Hood interlock. Extraction connection 1 x 180mm, 1 x 125mm.

Terminal control with 45 programmable sanding programs for automatic machine operation. Parameters: belt speed, feed speed, workpiece height, belt blowing nozzle, vacuum fan, calibration roller adjustment, and segmented sanding pad parameters.

Thickness measuring system with adjustable material removal and Enormatic for automatic thickness setting with feed release, eliminating the need for constant manual caliper measurements.

Programs for different sanding tasks can be saved and selected via smartselect.
