Configured as a complete PET bottle blow line for industrial beverage and packaging operations, this 2019 installation is based on a Krones Contiform 312 Pro stretch blow moulder with 12 cavities and matched supply systems. The system is designed for a throughput of 24,000 bph with PET containers and is suitable for second-hand use, where rapid ramp-up and reliable output are essential. Total operating hours are approx. 5,300.

Scope of Delivery and Supply Package
For continuous operation from preform infeed to bottle outfeed towards rinsing, filling, capping, and labelling, the line is delivered with coordinated peripheral units and handling systems. Included are the AF Compressors high-pressure compressor with dryer, KKT Chillers WTS 70 chiller connected to a cooling tower, Krones preform deduster, preform hopper, Contifeed preform infeed system, Preform Check inspection, approximately 56m of air conveyor, and a central control cabinet system.

Control Architecture and Format Changeover
Production is managed by the Contiform 312 Pro’s automation, with servo-driven stretch movement and defined IR heating zones for reproducible preform conditioning. A central control cabinet coordinates the stretch-blow moulder and peripherals. This setup enables quick format changes for the specified SKUs and utilises recipe-based settings for consistent results. Machine guarding is provided, and manuals are available to support operation and maintenance.
