Mobile fruit juice production unit, installed in a stainless steel swap-body container with hydraulic support legs.

Consisting of: large bin tipper, washing and milling unit, belt press KEB 1000, 2 pieces of 800-liter buffer tanks, juice pump, double slot filter, pasteurizer PA 2000 Oil, and automatic Bag-in-Box filler Tec 500.

Performance: up to 3,000 kg/h or 2,000 liters of juice per hour.
Fully automatic system for filling Bag-in-Box pouches from the roll as well as for single pouches (1.5 liters to 20 liters volume).
Integrated heating oil tank with 600-liter capacity, refillable from outside.
Hydraulic remote control with wireless radio control for supports and doors; foot pedal for raising and lowering the large bin tipping device.
Automatic container leveling to within +/- 0.5% inclination.
Corner tarpaulins for optimal weather protection, central water drainage with box gutter and raised floor edge.
Integrated high-pressure cleaner and compressor.

The Bag-in-Box filler is pulled out laterally from the container for operation and connected to the buffer tank.
Platform height in operation approx. 250 mm.

Dimensions (LxWxH): 7,500 x 2,550 x 3,000 mm.

Completely made from stainless steel frame, aluminum roof and side walls.
Non-slip aluminum floor.
Transportable by any truck or trailer suitable for swap-body transport.
Total weight of ready-to-operate container approx. 8,000 kg.
