Wellmatic Packaging Machine (as new)

Suitable for books, brochures, CDs, DVDs, catalogues, spare parts, etc. Uses self-adhesive corrugated cardboard from rolls. The package length is automatically adjusted to the product length, which is electronically measured at the infeed. The maximum output of the Wellmatic is up to 35 packages per minute, depending on additional equipment such as product inserters, labellers, as well as staffing and product type.

The machine was only used by Dostal Maschinenbau GmbH for demonstration purposes and therefore has very low operating hours.

Equipped with Siemens Simatic OP7 (7-DP) control panel, Simatic S7-300 PLC, and 2 Lenze frequency inverters with Profibus-DP connection. Both automatic and manual operation are possible.
