The universally applicable assembly station for the production of wall, ceiling, and roof elements in timber frame construction.

- Heavy-duty base frame construction
for a level working surface.

- Clamping of elements using 9 system clamping beams with pneumatic
pressure cylinders.
The system clamping beams are extendable for element heights from 100 to 3,800 mm.
Cylinder stroke is 320 mm, clamping force per cylinder approx. 420 kg/4,200 N
at 10 bar operating pressure.
Clamping can be done in two groups: 5 and 4 pieces,
allowing two elements to be clamped/worked simultaneously.

- Working surface paneling with wooden boards as far as technically possible.
(Optional perforated sheet panel available, as shown in the photo)

- Stop system at the bottom with 9 plug-in pins and at the side with 7 plug-in pins
for dimensionally accurate elements.

- Tilting mechanism for the assembly station using 3 hydraulic cylinders for
element weights up to 4,000 kg to 85° (95°).
The hydraulic system is compactly integrated into the frame area of the assembly station.
- The electrical control cabinet is also securely installed beneath the assembly station.

- Operation of all functions via control pendant.

- Compressed air connection and socket installed at both stationary ends,
and on the station’s lengthwise side, 2 sockets and 2 compressed air connections
are provided for attaching hand tools.

- The stations are built on a modular principle,
making it possible to expand with a receiver station,
forming a complete turnover station, either immediately or later.
A turnover station can be seen in Photo 3.
