KOCH Ucinarka netto

For sale: KOCH – precision net-trimming saw for fast and accurate cutting of furniture components, especially drawer sides.

The machine delivers clean net cuts (no tear-outs or edge defects) – a much faster solution than cutting on panel or half-panel saws.

Key features and technical data:

- PLC control system – fully automatic operation (custom retrofitted)
- Buffer magazine for workpieces
- Hydraulic pusher beam – positions the workpiece for subsequent operations
- Maximum machine span: 2 m
- Maximum feed speed: 12 m/min
- Drive activation from both sides of the machine
- Top scoring saws for overhead trimming
- Spindle speed approx. 4,500–5,000 rpm (motors 2,100 rpm)
- Comprehensive safety guards and sensors
- Ready-to-use drawer sideband production

The upper saws are dedicated to producing complete drawer sidebands (finished parts). For example, a 640 mm-long piece is aligned/truncated from above and cut into three sections, so by adding the front and bottom, you obtain a complete drawer without further machining of sides.
