Knecht AS-500

Offered here is a used fully automatic carton erector AS-500 with two carton magazines (image positions 3 + 4) from Knecht (Smurfit Kappa).

The system has already been dismantled and can be loaded onto a truck on site. An inspection of the machine is possible by arrangement.

The unit is in very good condition and has been serviced regularly. The system is being sold due to plant closure.

It is designed for packaging automotive rims. On request, the system can be modified for other items as well. Upon interest, a video of the packaging system and detailed documentation are available.

- For cartons according to Fefco 0200/0201
- Bottom closure with hot glue
- Two carton magazines (loaded by pallet), each with a lifting mechanism
Pallet loading via manual pallet truck
- Carton pick-up by vacuum suction
