Special worktable systems from the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series serve as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding constructions, such as fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the aid of the comprehensive range of clamping accessories (see the welding table accessories section in the catalogue), these table systems can also be used as flexible, reconfigurable fixtures. This enables high-quality manufacturing of small and medium-size production runs.

The special worktables feature a 16 mm (dual Standard) or 25 mm (tripple 24+1) thick worktop, equipped with a Ø28 mm hole matrix. In addition, the table surface has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or jigs. The table hole pattern allows the use of a wide variety of clamping and positioning elements. For special applications, the table surface can, if required, be supplied in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminium, plastic, or high-strength materials ST70, differing from the standard version. Due to the fully screwed construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can later be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear. This makes the table system particularly sustainable and long-lasting in use.
