Special work table systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series serve as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding structures such as fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the extensive range of clamping accessories (see catalogue section welding table accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures, enabling high-quality manufacturing of small and medium production runs. The special work tables feature a worktop with either a 16 mm thickness (dual Standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thickness, equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid.
Additionally, the tabletop features a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces and fixtures. The hole pattern allows the use of various clamping elements and fixing aids. For special applications, the tabletop surface can, on request, be fitted with stainless steel 1.4301, aluminium, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70, as an alternative to the standard version. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear. This makes the table system particularly sustainable in the long term.
