This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit the specific requirements, improving both efficiency and ergonomics. Standard height adjustment is performed manually via a hydraulic system within the 650 – 1050 mm range (other heights available upon request). The worktop also features a Ø 28 mm hole grid with a 100 x 100 mm spacing, just like the SST fix series. Used in combination with processing machines, inspection or finishing fixtures (deburring, marking, checking) can be adjusted to match the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems can be easily relocated on site with a pallet truck.

These mobile systems have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools due to their various mounting and securing options. After removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site and transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of future wear. The following Table 2 provides an overview of the available standard models.
