Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT Fix series serve as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding structures, e.g., jigs, railings, frames, etc. With the help of an extensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section Welding Table Accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly reconfigurable jigs and thus enable high-quality production of small and medium series.

The special workbenches are equipped with a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop, which features a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the table top features a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or jigs. The hole matrix allows the use of various types of clamping elements and positioning aids.

For special applications, the worktop surface, deviating from standard, can also be optionally fitted in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70. Due to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear at a later stage. This makes the table system particularly sustainable and long-lasting.
