Manual segmented folding machine, 2 meters working width

The SGR model is equipped with segmented bending tools on all three clamping bars: upper, lower, and bending beam. This allows sheet metal to be bent on all sides, making it possible to produce complex box shapes or workpieces with upward and downward bending flanges, for example.

A highly versatile, powerful, heavy, and extremely robust segmented folding brake – this is not your typical folding machine, but much stronger and sturdier.

A segmented folding brake is characterized by its full segmentation along the entire working length of 2 meters. The upper and lower segments can be easily and quickly removed, and the bending beam is also divided into segments. The bending angle is adjustable from 0 to 160 degrees. Clamping is operated by foot pedal, leaving your hands free to position the sheet metal – open and close using your foot. The bending beam is connected to 2 gas pressure springs, making control of the bending beam incredibly easy.

At the rear of the machine, there are 2 practical toolboxes for segments or tools.
