This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements, improving both efficiency and ergonomics. The height adjustment is performed as standard via a manual hydraulic system within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available on request). Like the SST fix series, the worktop features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid. When used in conjunction with machining equipment, inspection or reworking fixtures (such as deburring, marking, or testing) can be adapted precisely to the clamping table height of the machine.

The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools, thanks to their various mounting and securing options. Once removed from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on-site and transferred to maintenance for repairs as needed. The fully bolted construction of the clamping plate allows for cost-effective replacement of the working surface in case of wear.
