Welding and assembly tables from the SMT fix series are robust, everyday workstations designed for handling heavy workpieces, operating electric tools, or working with chemical and oily substances. The solid steel worktop, up to 20 mm thick, can withstand heavy impacts and blows—such as those that often occur when working with heavy hand tools or handling very heavy metal workpieces—without suffering permanent deformation or indentations.

The metal worktop enables unrestricted use of magnetic clamps for securing components. Thanks to its substantial weight, this universally applicable table provides sufficient stability against tipping, even with heavy items or tools placed on it, despite its 800 mm working height.
