Thanks to robust and durable mechanical and hydraulic systems, a precise CNC-controlled backgauge with ball screw spindle, and user-friendly CNC controls, Dener shears are highly efficient production machines. Our standard portfolio includes shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 m to 6 m. Upon request, higher sheet thicknesses and longer cutting lengths are also available.

The exceptionally long service life of Dener shears is due to their particularly robust, fully welded frame construction. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to deflection and deformation, ensuring the highest cutting quality.

By entering the sheet thickness and material type, the required cutting angle and blade gap are automatically calculated by the CNC control system.
