With a robust, durable mechanical and hydraulic system, a precise backgauge with
ball screw spindle, and user-friendly CNC control, Dener guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters are part of our standard portfolio. Of course, higher sheet thicknesses and longer cutting lengths can be provided on customer request.
Dener guillotine shears owe their long service life to their particularly robust, fully welded frame design. The entire machine body, shear beam, and backgauge are resistant to twisting and deformation, ensuring the highest cutting quality.
By entering the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control automatically calculates the required cutting angle and cutting gap.
